All pool owners know that sanitizers, like chlorine, are essential to a healthy swimming pool. They keep your water germ-free, clean, and ultimately, safe for swimming. So having to add chlorine to your pool is nothing unusual. But it is important to keep track of how often you do. Our own brand, everblue, brings you these Stabilised Chlorine Tablet feeder floaters. These tablets are used in floating baskets for the gradual release of chlorine in small pools to control bacteria and green algae. It disinfects and clarifies pool water and has sunscreen to protect other chemicals in the pool water. Size: 600 g. Directions for use (use only as directed): For previously unstabilised pools, chlorine efficiency can be enhanced through the addition of 300g pool stabiliser per 10, 000 litres of pool water. DO NOT exceed stabiliser levels of 80ppm. Always maintain a pH level of between 7.2-7.6. If levels are below 7.2, add everblue Soda Ash or everblue Alkalinity Increaser as directed. If levels are above 7.2, add everblue Hydrochloric Pool Acid as directed. During summer, it is recommended that the pool pump operates for a minimum of 12 hours per day. Backwash pool weekly and top up with fresh water. Before commencing use, it is advisable to super chlorine the pool with everblue Active Shock to achieve a chlorine residual of between 1-3ppm. Add tablets to the floating basket as per the dosage table on the packaging. Regularly check the free chlorine available. Shock treat the pool with everblue Active Shock or everblue Granular Chlorine as when required. Dispose of the container once tablets have been used. Recommended levels: pH 7.2-7.6Free chlorine 1-3ppm. Total Alkalinity 80-120. Stabiliser (Cyanuric Acid) 30-50ppm. Precautions: Store in a cool, dry place. Keep container closed. Avoid contact with skin or eyes. Irritating to nose and throat. Do not eat, drink, or smoke while handling. Wash hands immediately after use. Warning: Handle with care. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children, uninformed people, and animals. Do not mix with other chemicals, especially other chlorinating chemicals as explosion may result. This is a strong oxidising agent. Do not allow to come into contact with other chemicals, especially acids, combustibles, or organic materials. May cause fire or explosion if contaminated. First Aid: Eye contact: Flush with water for 15 minutes. If irritation occurs, seek immediate medical attention. Skin contact: Wash immediately with cold water. If irritation occurs, seek immediate medical attention. If swallowed: do not induce vomiting. Wash mouth out with water. Sip on water or milk. Seek immediate medical attention.
