What is lay-by with LayUp?
You can now choose LayUp as a Lay-by payment method with Gimme Online. This method allows you to put down a deposit (Currently 20%) and then pay off the remaining amount over 3 months. Please note all laybys are subject to an additional 5% admin fee.

Yes you can, please note that this would also incur a 10% cancellation fee of the deposit amount.

How do I begin shopping?
Once you’re all signed up and simply proceed to your Gimme Online’s checkout and select PayJustNow from the payment options.
Please note the installment plan that is presented to you once you select PayJustNow. The pay date you entered when you signed up is your installment date when payments will be deducted. Pay Just Now will send you a reminder before we deduct your upcoming installment.
Can I pay an instalment early?
Yes, simply go to the Pay Just Now Website or App. Log-in to your account and make the payment. In fact, early payments may boost your spend limit.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Your installments will always be interest and fee free as long as you pay on time. If you miss a payment, you have 24 hours to manually make a payment by logging into your Pay Just Just account and going to the My Orders tab. They will email you a day before your payment to keep you updated on when they will collect your installments.
If you do happen to miss a payment, they charge a late fee every time they reprocess this payment. They do this weekly, however the total of these reprocessing fees will never be more than 25% of the value of your transaction. Please refer to Pay Just Now Terms and Conditions for more information.

How many transactions can I process at any one time?

Please pack the product in its original packaging and into a shipping box (or securely with other packaging) to protect the product during transportation. Original packaging is required for products that are being exchanged or returned for refund due to change of mind.
Be sure to include your RMA number on the package in order for us to identify it more easily.
We will refund you via the payment method you used during checkout when you originally purchased your product.
If you’re returning a sale product, the reduced price paid at the time of the transaction will be refunded back to you.
If you have used a Gift Voucher or Promotional Coupon on an order from which you are returning one or more products, we will deduct the coupon amount from the refund total. If you used a gift voucher we will credit you up to total gift voucher amount spent towards purchase and refund you for any difference thereafter (if any).
Please ensure the product is securely boxed or wrapped in order to protect it during transit.
In general, once we have received the returned product, your return request will be processed within 10 days. Once your returned product has been validated, your account will be credited, unless you requested a replacement, refund or an exchange.
